1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Foxdoku ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use or access the Application.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Auriferous ("we", "us", or "our") grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to install and use Foxdoku for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on your personal mobile or desktop device.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, source code, puzzle engines, irregular region partitioning algorithms, graphics, audio, animations, character designs, logos, trademarks, and user interfaces incorporated in Foxdoku are the exclusive property of Auriferous or its licensors. You acknowledge that you obtain no ownership rights in or to the Application or any related assets.

4. User Restrictions

You expressly agree that you will not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive source code from Foxdoku.
Exploit, automate, or automate puzzle solving via unauthorized bots or cheating mechanisms.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices attached to the Application.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application to any third party.

5. In-App Advertisements & Third-Party Content

Foxdoku is supported by advertisements provided via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Advertisements may display third-party content or links to external websites. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party ad content, services, or products promoted through advertisements in Foxdoku.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT FOXDOKU WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AURIFEROUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE FOXDOKU, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR GAME PROGRESS.

8. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or suspend, discontinue, or update any feature of Foxdoku at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
